Baoding Ancient Lotus Ponds

Baoding's oldest park, the Lotus Pond, was built in the seventh century under the Tang Dynasty. Besides the ancient lotus pond, the park contains an art museum, stone calligraphy tables from centuries past, and all 7,240 volumes of the only complete Buddhist manuscript in existence of True Scripture of the Three Sage Religion.
