20. Candy Man

This young man comes each morning with a handcart carrying all his tools and equipment. He has a small stove that he heats sugar until it melts. He puts flavor and color into parts of it. He uses a spoon to drip the candy onto a plastic sheet in the form of animals, birds, dragons and butterflies. He attatches a stick and then sells it for a few pennies. He is a great favorite with the children and Bernice.
