Noodle Shop

This lady and her husband run this noodle shop near a high school in a small peasant village. She makes her own noodles by hand from flour. From the big wad of dough she picks out a strip, whirls it in the air to make it thinner, splits it and it is ready for the pot to boil. They were the best noodles we have ever eaten in China.
