Inside Brick Kiln

At this end of the kiln the men are loading bricks that have been fired onto handcarts. They then wheel them outside where they are loaded onto wagons pulled by small tractors. The small tractors will take the brick loads to a storage area where they will await purchase and transport to construction sites. It is quite warm in here but not as hot as it will be when the firing begins in earnest after the chamber is completely filled with unfired bricks.
