Plastering Brick Building

This is part of a set of major buildings going up on both sides of the big public park in Xinzheng. The bricking up the walls on this portion of the building has been completed and the next phase begins. It is to first build a scaffold and then plaster the outside walls of the building. It is not uncommon to see hundreds of men working on a building at one time. Most of these men are from the rural community and have formed a cooperative construction company. They will live at the work site until completion.
