Worker's Brick Homes

These are the homes of the brick workers cooperative. Not too surprising, the houses are made of bricks and seemingly without mortar. Note the large piles of broken bricks pushed down the cliff from the houses. Most of the broken bricks are unfired so eventually the bricks will return to the soil with time. These are but a small part of the honest hard working rural people of China. More and more rural people are beginning to go into some form of business to improve their lives with more income.
