Chinese Peanuts

When Bernice and I travel on a boat, train for a good distance, that is, a few days, we always take along some fried peanuts. We would buy in a year in China about 80 pounds of peanuts and cook them at our apartment. We put them into bags for our trip. We never knew what food facilities would be available so this was our standby. The peanuts were quite cheap to buy.
