Hepatitis is very common in China. We carry our Hepatitis record with us. Paul Noll has Hepatitis antibodies in his blood so he cannot donate blood in the USA. Other factors that also prevent him from donating blood are that he has had acupuncture and had lived in the Far East. He can give blood for his own use, such as before operations but is blacklisted from otherwise donating blood.
