International Shot Record

Before you go to China see your doctor about shots needed before overseas travel. They will have the official list of requirements for countries from the US Government. Do this much before your departure date because some shots require a series taken over a period of time. These shots are then recorded in an International Certificate of Vaccination. The doctor or public heath will enter the information about when and type of shots you have taken. Carry this in a plastic bag as it gets lots of wear and tear.
