27. Chromosphere Telescope

This is an optical telescope, using 6563 A Hα line to observe the activities of the chromosphere (flocculi, flares, prominences, etc). The instrument is also called the Lyot solar telescope. It has an aperture of 14 cm and a filter of 0.75 A transmission width.
