15. Dai House Foundation

For me it fascinated me to see the construction of the foundation of the Dai house. It reminded me of the days the Amish used to build houses without the use of nails. All the lumber has been hand sawn using hand tools. All of the joints also have been constructed using only hand tools. No power tools are even available for use. The craftsmanship was a beauty to behold.
