12. Yangzi River Bridge

This is a bridge over one of the tributaries into the Yangzi. To give you an idea of the effect of the new Three Gorges Dam Project, this bridge will be underwater when the dam is completed and the water backs up on the dam. There simply isn't enough time and money to unearth all the relics that will be under the water. Everywhere in China there are ancient relics yet to be discovered.
