10. A Helpful Friend, Chen Xing

Our boss, Mr. Kent Wang at SIAS City College had arranged for us to be met in Beijing by some friends. Mr. Chen Xing met us. The plane stopped on the parking area and a large bus awaited us to take the passengers to the terminal. At the bottom of the ramp stood Mr. Chen with a sign for "Paul Noll." He ran up the ramp to get our carry-on luggage and a private van awaited us. Driving us quickly to the VIP area he had another gentleman get our luggage to be delivered to our hotel. Mr. Chen drove us directly to this hotel. We got in and out of the Beijing airport in about 5 minutes.
