9. Outstanding Front Desk

The front desk at this hotel had outstanding service. They had about 6 chairs for their customers to sit in as they checked in. We have stayed at 5-star hotels where you had to stand in line and then fill out your papers to check in. This front desk had a number of front desk personnel to assist you. No standing in line. I have stood in line at 5-star hotels with one clerk waiting on the long line. Here Paul is filling out forms and showing passports. They also took American credit cards.
