  1. This book is used only for recording organized activities and membership due payments. It cannot be used as credential letter for organizational transfer.
  2. Entries should be made in ink. No personal change should be made in contents. When lost, application should be made to the issuing organization for make-up.
  3. The book should be endorsed for continuation of use when the holder transfers to work in a different unit.
  4. When all the entries are completed, the book should be filed and kept by the authorizing committee or general branch, and new ones will be issued by the Organization Department of the CP Working Committee in the Administration System of Jiangsu Province.
