Cheng Yaojin with a green broken-flower face, and Shan Xiongxin, and a number of friends went to the home of an old lady to offer congratulations on her birthday. While there, they performed a ceremony in a room called Jia Family Chamber that made them sworn brothers. Later when Chen Yaojin was arrested for robbing imperial revenue, the others stormed the prison and rescued him.
