15. Standing Archer Front View

Standing archers were also excavated in Pit 2 of Emperor's Terracotta Army. They are in the periphery wearing campaign with no armor to assault swiftly. They are in combat position just as described in Chronicles of Wu and Yue in which the right shooting way is "positioned with the left foot being vertical, the right one horizontal, while the left hand like touching the bow, the right one holding a baby."
