The City of Xinzheng has built and maintains this three block long covered area for private enterprise to sell goods of all types. We often stroll through here on Sundays after Church to see what is for sale. Prices are always to be bargained down. We bought a number of silk scarves here. They are of beautiful patterns and colors, about six feet in length and a foot wide. Original asking price was $3 US and we paid $1 US.
