This hotel is on Remin Xi Lu (People's Road West) in the main downtown street. There is a airline ticket service in the lobby. We needed to buy a airline ticket. They don't speak any English at the airline ticket agency but we managed with the use of a watch for time, a calendar for the day, and a map for the place to go. A lot of smiling helps also. Bernice's hairdresser is just across the street.
