These large tractors are used to carry large loads all over this area. I have never seen them used in the fields. Note how they have put sideboards on the trailer so more coal can be loaded on the trailer. These tractors also have PTOs in the rear of the vehicle. They are not allowed on the freeways. The government has planned to close 25,800 small coal mines to reduce the over production of coal. This will put some 400,000 workers out of jobs.
