Three Wheeler - 5

We saw this three wheeler in Boading. I am not sure whether they are used for transporting goods of for family transportation. I noted the driver had protection from the rain and sun although I am not sure the driver would stay dry in a rain storm. He did make a quick right turn just in front of our car.
