16. Construction on One Circle Road

This is the ditch along side of the construction on One Circle Road. The pipe is being placed in place. It is the main drainage pipe for rainwater getting out of the city. The ditch and pipe goes on for about nine miles. We have to get over this ditch each day we go out on our bikes. Many thousands of men are working on this project. It is fascinating to watch the progress each day.
