A well-equipped Learning Center in the Library Building contributes to the education of SIAS University students. Individual listening carrels help students with their English listening skills. Additional rooms have closed circuit Television for distance learning classes put on by Fort Hayes University of Kansas in the USA. Fort Hayes in concert with SIAS University offers a US University to those students who have an interest in obtaining a US University Degree.
