This eye clinic, know as the "Black Eyes" Clinic, is run by Liang Huizhen, an aunt of my friend Allen Xie. She works for the Ministry of Finance in Xinzheng. SIAS International University is in Xinzheng. She wanted to do something for the people and started this clinic to improve the vision of the young people.
