4. Student Dorm Balconies

Each of the dormitory rooms above the ground floor has its own balcony. The students use this balcony for hanging out their laundry and to escape the heat in the open air. They all showed curiosity to our visit and friendly faces to us. We had a very favorable impression of the students. This complex started operation in June of 2001. Work on the complex began in March of 2000.
