Bird Houses at Our Oregon Home

Bird Houses for the Swallows and Chickadees

Tree Swallows made a nest in the house on the right. A Black-capped Chickadee used the house on the left. They hatched out and later flew off. The swallows spend all day catching bugs, mostly mosquitoes. A wind mill stands on the far right. Another Tree Swallow nest stands to the far left out of sight of this picture.
