Bird House for Wren

We constructed this Wren nest with 3/4 inch boards. It measures 5 by 5 inches. We made the sides 6 inches on the back side and 4.25 inches on the front side to make the slanted roof. We made a hole 1 inch in diameter, 3 inches from the bottom. Do not use a perch pole. The colors are for our benefit.
