Oregon Junco Junco oreganus - Abundant in western conifers, and in winter in suburbs, farmyards, and fields. Some variations in coloring. These friendly birds often come to eat seed at our feeder. Often chased away by the jays, they wait and return afterwards. They often clean up seeds spilled on the ground by the other birds. Click for a Photo of our Bird |
