Pacific-slope Flycatcher

Empidonax difficilis - Common in moist deciduous woods or on mixed slopes with tall trees, where it seeks an inconspicuous perch. The only western Empidonax with a yellow throat. Song is a very high: pchip, ee, pcheewee; call, whee-see.
