Black-throated Sparrow

Amphispaza bilineata Common desert bird of cactus, sage, and mesquite. Gray with white under parts. Immature is told by the finely streaked breast, face pattern, dark rounded tail with white on outer feather, lack of wing bars. Song is high, sweet, and trilled.
