Aguila chrysaetos - Uncommon in remote mountains, tundra, grasslands, and deserts. The golden neck feathers are seen only at close range. The broad white tailband and white wing patches of the immature are good field marks. Legs are feathered to the toes. Feeds mostly on rodents, Call, rapid sharp chips.
