7. Prepare Tray Pan

Be sure to prepare the plastic pans. We do so by sliding a cube of margarine (butter if you wish) over the entire surface. This will allow the leather when dried sufficiently to easily separate from the plastic. Make sure it covers the bottom and the curved sides well.
