2. Measure and Slice Margarine

We will use 2 cubes of margarine (butter if you desire). To ease the job of cutting it into the flour we will slice the margarine in thin pieces. After cutting a few we stir up the flour to cover the margarine slices so they don't all stick together. We continue to do this until all the margarine is in the flour.
