16. Use Pastry Cutter

Use your pastry cutter again to cut in the egg yolk into the flour mixture. Again after a few times of pressing the cutter in the mixture stop to clear the cutter with a kitchen knife. Continue doing these two steps. In a short time it will appear as moist crumbles.
