Tamale Pie Casserole Recipe

Ingredients (single batch)

2 Pounds ground beef
1 Onion
1/2 Teaspoon hot sauce
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Can 4-oz black olives
1 Cup sour cream
1 Can whole corn (drained)
1 Pint of tomato (any kind)
3 Packages of corn muffin mix
3 Eggs
1 Cup milk
1 Cup grated Cheddar cheese

This produced two 9X3X3 aluminium pans of meatloaf. We often make a double batch, same work with twice the results.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package had enough for what you are cooking.
