24. Defrosting and Serving the Meatloaf

We had meatloaf that night for dinner. Bernice made a Piquant sauce to put on top. Later we took a frozen meatloaf out of the freezer. We allowed it to defrost in the refrigerator for a few hours. We unwrapped it and put it into the preheated oven at 350 degrees (F) for about 15-20 minutes. We then served it with a piquant sauce. For our Piquant sauce we used:

6 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Catsup
1/2 Teaspoon Grated Nutmeg
2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard

It tasted delicious! A glass of eggnog topped off the event. A dish of fresh peas and a salad completed this meal.
