Making Peach Butter
Dip Peaches in Boiling Water After sorting we dip the peaches in boiling water. We use this wire cage to easily dip the peaches and get them out promptly. The time in the boiling water may vary from 10 seconds to 60 seconds. Our ripe peaches needed only 10 seconds. Try a couple to ascertain the required time.
