Ingredients Needed (Single Batch)

5 Cups Chopped Apricots
7 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Sure-Jell Pectin

Above will make 4 and a half pints of jam.


Now we often make a double batch, same amount of work but twice the results. We just double the quantities. Many authorities warn about doubling the recipe. But because we both work together we can get the job done with a double batch. If you work alone a single batch works the best. Because Bernice has an alergy to citric acid we omit it.
