4 Cups Chopped Peaches
5 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Package Sure-Jell Pectin

This recipe produces 3 1/2 pints of jam.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package had enough for what you are cooking. Sometimes the sugar is too empty. Make sure you have enough lids and rings. Because Bernice has an allergy to citric acid we omit the lemon juice.
