Canning Blackberry Jam
Crush the Blackberries We use a potato masher to crush the blackberries. You may wish to remove some of the seeds at this time if you wish. We don't. Some strain out all of the seeds and some put the berries through a porous cloth to make jelly. We prefer jam.
