Bring Mixture to a Rolling Hard Boil

You need to bring the mixture again to a full rolling boil. Paul gets this job but gives his watch with a second hand to Bernice. When he gets a full rolling boil he tells Bernice and she checks the second hand on the watch and lets Paul know when a full 60 seconds have elapsed. He is constantly stirring. At the end of the 60 seconds we take the pot off of the stove and place it on a already placed hot pad. Paul then stirs the mixture to cut down on any foam as best as is possible. A little foam is not a problem unless you want to get a first prize in the county fair.
