22. Store Jars

After the washing the jars we mark the lids with the product and the year we canned them. Much later it can be confusing which is strawberry and which is raspberry or boysenberry. Goods canned in glass are best stored in a cool dark place. Heat and light are enemies of glass canned goods. We put labels on the storage racks.
