Canning or Freezing Grape Juice

We decided to can some of the juice to help others who may wish to can rather than freeze their juice.

Paul puts the lids in a small pan of water and turns on the heat under them. To help keep them from sticking together we alternate the lids top side up and down. Authorities warn against boiling them. We just put heat under them and turn off the heat when they boil. Keep them in the water until used.
