Step 10, Stir Up Applesauce

After we have sieved the batch of applesauce we stir up the mixture. If you use a canner steamer you can fill jars after adding sugar and spices. If you use a water bath canner you can put the cool jars into the canner with warm water. But you must not put cool jars into boiling water. Either boil the applesauce to put into boiling water or put the cool applesauce into warm water in the water bath.
