Canning Applesauce

Add Spices - 13

We like our applesauce with some spices. As such we added a tablespoon of cinnamon to about 6 quarts of sauce. We also added 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of nutmeg. You suit yourself and adjust the amount of spices or omit entirely. It is your choice. Any spices are entirely optional.
