Apricot Work Pan and Knife - Tool 2

This pan we use to put the washed apricots in for Bernice to cut in half and remove pits and bad spots. She prefers to use this short knife shown for this work. When the pan gets too full of pits and pieces I remove it and clean it for her for the next batch. We work together on all our canning. She gets in all the pictures because Paul takes the pictures.
