Canning Bread 'n Butter Pickles Recipe

20 pounds of Cucumbers resulted in 19 pints of canned Bread 'n Butter Pickles.
We use cucumbers of about 3-4 inches in length.

Ingredients Needed

20 Pounds Cucumbers
5 Pounds Sugar
10 Cups Cider Vinegar
3 Large White onions
2.8 Oz Mustard Seeds
6 Cups Salt
