Both Ball and Kerr have licensed Allrista to continue their "Home Canning" line of goods. Pictured on the left is my 2009 Blue Book.
We don't always follow their recipes to the letter. But their book is the best on the market. The Ball Blue Book has been published since 1909. For some states, California, their home canning experts have different times than others. We don't claim to be experts; we are just trying to help.
