Canning Plums Recipe
13 pounds of plums resulted in 14 pints of canned plums.
We like a syrup of 5 parts of water to 3 parts of sugar. For 13 pounds of plums
we used 5 cups of water and 3 cups of sugar. We had about a half cup of syrup
left over.
