Cover Peaches with Syrup

Canning Syrups

  1. Light Syrup
    1 Part Sugar - 3 Parts Water
  2. Medium Syrup
    1 Part Sugar - 2 Parts Water
  3. Heavy Syrup
    1 Part Sugar - 1 Parts Water

Most of the time we use medium or light syrup. It is your choice. Use what you like.
